As a traditional stocks/bonds type of investor, you can only imagine my apprehension when approached with the concept of becoming a passive investor in commercial real estate. These fears were quickly calmed with my initial conversation with Logan as I felt I was talking to a family member (at least one that I liked). Logan was phenomenal. It was our first time investing out of state and he was everything we needed to accomplish this task. He found a deal, helped us underwrite it, put us in touch with great property management and great insurance groups, and guided us the entire way. Because of his professionalism and ability to help us succeed we will be using him and exclusively him in the Kansas City area. Matter of fact, he is terrible. Do not use him. More for me then!!
