Parker Webb is the co-founder, Principal and CEO of FTW Investments. Parker guides the strategy, contributes to the investment thesis, and leverages a background in real estate brokerage, development, and asset management to identify and execute on investments with high risk-adjusted returns.

Parker started his career in commercial real estate in 2013 at Newmark Grubb Zimmer where he served in roles in the Sales & Leasing Division with a focus on investment properties as well as the Public Sector Consulting Division where he consulted developers and municipalities on economic development. After Newmark, Mr. Webb was Director of Acquisitions for Midwest Retail Properties, where he focused on acquiring retail investment properties. Simultaneously, Mr. Webb founded his first company, Third Space Property Group, a boutique real estate brokerage, consulting, and management firm.

Mr. Webb graduated from the University of Missouri – Kansas City with his bachelor’s in 2014.

As a traditional stocks/bonds type of investor, you can only imagine my apprehension when approached with the concept of becoming a passive investor in commercial real estate. These fears were quickly calmed with my initial conversation with Logan as I felt I was talking to a family member (at least one that I liked). Further discussions led to me taking the plunge in my first opportunity with FTW, and I couldn't be more pleased. The guys have followed through on every detail as was presented. These folks are true professionals on the business side, yet just as down to earth as can be when visiting socially, which is extremely important to me. I have since made another project investment, and look forward to more in the future.

Logan was phenomenal. It was our first time investing out of state and he was everything we needed to accomplish this task. He found a deal, helped us underwrite it, put us in touch with great property management and great insurance groups, and guided us the entire way. Because of his professionalism and ability to help us succeed we will be using him and exclusively him in the Kansas City area. Matter of fact, he is terrible. Do not use him. More for me then!!
