Cory tuck

Cory Tuck is co-founder, Chief Investment Officer, and a key principal of FTW Investments. Mr. Tuck oversees the due diligence in the fund and investments, manages investment-related projects and initiatives, and is active in the companies investment research. Mr. Tuck brings over ten years to the company.

Mr. Tuck managed a $100MM+ Private Family Office Investment Fund for 11 years before joining FTW Investments. In his time managing the family office fund, Mr. Tuck interests in private businesses, real estate, and deep-research micro-cap companies

Mr.Tuck has overseen a Development, Management, and Construction firm focused on Affordable Housing Development. Mr. Tuck managed the companies from 2007 to 2018.

Cory’s current primary focus is acquiring and developing workforce housing, market-rate multifamily properties, mobile home parks, and self-storage.

Mr. Tuck graduated in 2007, from Washburn University, with his bachelor in Business Administration in Finance and Economics.

As a traditional stocks/bonds type of investor, you can only imagine my apprehension when approached with the concept of becoming a passive investor in commercial real estate. These fears were quickly calmed with my initial conversation with Logan as I felt I was talking to a family member (at least one that I liked). Further discussions led to me taking the plunge in my first opportunity with FTW, and I couldn't be more pleased. The guys have followed through on every detail as was presented. These folks are true professionals on the business side, yet just as down to earth as can be when visiting socially, which is extremely important to me. I have since made another project investment, and look forward to more in the future.

Logan was phenomenal. It was our first time investing out of state and he was everything we needed to accomplish this task. He found a deal, helped us underwrite it, put us in touch with great property management and great insurance groups, and guided us the entire way. Because of his professionalism and ability to help us succeed we will be using him and exclusively him in the Kansas City area. Matter of fact, he is terrible. Do not use him. More for me then!!
