As a traditional stocks/bonds type of investor, you can only imagine my apprehension when approached with the concept of becoming a passive investor in commercial real estate. These fears were quickly calmed with my initial conversation with Logan as I felt I was talking to a family member (at least one that I liked). Logan was phenomenal. It was our first time investing out of state and he was everything we needed to accomplish this task. He found a deal, helped us underwrite it, put us in touch with great property management and great insurance groups, and guided us the entire way.
